CORPORATE TEAM
Consist of both private investigator’s and consultants for the State and Federal cases. There are also lawyers and para legal associates assisting in the efforts with many years of experience. Also, DSOJ has former inmates assisting, giving their personal incarceration knowledge, experiences and resources towards every case, on an as needed basis.
"My son is facing more than 26 charges on the state level on gun and assault charges, that are based on circumstantial evidence at best. I hired DSOJ team to review the evidence against my son and their findings had the state authorities to not charge my son with more than (20) false charges, that the local police had initially tried to charge my son with. DSOJ team found that the main witness the local authorities tried to use was completely mislead, thus having the witness recanted any claims proffered by the state that my son was involved in such a crime and those charges were never brought forward. My son now less charges then originally asserted against him. I am very thankful for the DSOJ team."

TESTIMONIALS
"In my case, the DSOJ team reviewed my case per my request and found that I had been charged and sentenced illegally to 10 extra years then I should have been. After spending more then 10-years in jail, they found that the government had sentenced me incorrectly, when they had me plea out to robbery and assault charge of hurting someone with a firearm that never occurred. They found that the changes in the laws proved (coupled with new evidence of the person they stated I had harmed had surface to show that person was in fact not harmed at all), that I could not have plead to such a charge and when this was brought to the court’s attention, in light of my compassionate release filing; the government agreed to not argue this assault charge to avoid having to admit to their mistakes and granted me immediate release do to know failing health issues."

"After the passing of the First Step Act of 2018 concerning the changes of statute of drug charges stemming back to individuals that did not receive relief from the passage of changes in the law, the DSOJ team found that I did qualify for immediate release from custody after serving more than 11-years of incarceration, (even after the Federal Public Defender’s Office said I did not qualify) and upon their efforts I received about 4-years off my original sentence of 16-years. I am thankful for the DSOJ team had taken on my case and I am happy to report that I made it home earlier then I would have if DSOJ had not taken my case on."
